RMQMP Institute is preparing for the formation of a Japanese limited liability company (Godo Kaisha) in 2027, contingent upon the completion of trademark registration. Upon incorporation, the new entity is intended to assume all consulting, publishing, and lecture activities currently conducted under BCP & BCM Consulting, while the underlying theoretical and intellectual property assets related to RMQMP will remain under the ownership of the founding theorist of the RMQMP theoretical framework, and be licensed to the company.
