RMQMP™ Licensing & Partnership Program
1. Purpose of the Licensing & Partnership Program
The RMQMP™ Licensing & Partnership Program is designed to promote proper understanding and responsible use of the RMQMP™ model in academia, education, and industry. All licenses require supervision and approval by Dr. Koji Fukuoka, the developer of the RMQMP™ model.

4. Fees and Royalties
License fees and royalties are determined based on the license category, usage scale, and international scope of application. Details are specified in Appendix B: Fees, Royalties, and Payment Terms and provided upon contract signing.

5. Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice
The theoretical foundations and conceptual structure of the RMQMP Model are protected as copyrighted works. The name “RMQMP” and the model’s operational framework have been assigned an international registration number by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), with trademark protection currently under examination in designated jurisdictions.
This intellectual property structure is not intended to restrict academic discussion. Rather, it reflects a governance-oriented design approach aimed at preventing misuse, oversimplification, and uncontrolled application of the model in organizational and regulatory contexts.
6. Public Use and Reporting Obligations
For Corporate / Industrial License holders, any publication, report, training material, or website content referencing the RMQMP™ model requires prior written approval from the developer. Licensees are also required to submit an annual usage report summarizing the application and implementation status.
