RMQMP™ Policy (Provisional)

1. About this Policy

RMQMP™ is a safety and accident prevention model developed by Dr. Koji Fukuoka.

This policy ensures that the RMQMP model is understood and applied appropriately, helping to prevent misunderstandings or misuse. By following these guidelines, the model contributes to promoting safer practices across both educational institutions and industrial settings.

RMQMP™ is currently under international trademark application through WIPO, with designations including Japan, the European Union, the United States, and China.

Note: These guidelines are provisional and will be revised following official trademark registration.

2. How You Can Use RMQMP™

(A) Academic & Educational Use (Non-Profit)

• Permitted without charge for university courses, academic presentations, research papers, and similar non-commercial activities.
• Proper attribution is required:
  “RMQMP™ — developed by Dr. Koji Fukuoka”
• No application or license is required.

(B) Commercial Use (With License)

A formal license agreement is required for:

• Offering certification courses or training programs based on RMQMP™.
• Developing, distributing, or selling AI tools, software, or other products that incorporate RMQMP™.

3. Future Updates

This policy is provisional and subject to revision upon official trademark registration.

In the future, following the establishment of RMQMP Institute LLC (Limited Liability Company), a structured licensing framework and official certification programs will be introduced.
