Process

From Inquiry to Contract and Workshop Implementation

STEP 1

Please fill out the inquiry form with details about your desired RMQMP™ Model Workshop. Kindly indicate the target participants (e.g., safety officers, faculty members, managers, or training coordinators) and your preferred time frame.

STEP 2

We will discuss the purpose of introducing the RMQMP™ Model (e.g., educational use, organizational implementation, or license consideration) and assess participants’expected level of understanding. If necessary, we may review preliminary materials or arrange an online meeting for further clarification.

STEP 3

Based on the needs assessment, we will propose a customized workshop program combining lectures, case studies, and practical exercises using the RMQMP™ Model.

STEP 4

Upon your approval of the proposal, we will proceed with preparations including scheduling, development of teaching materials, exercise documents, and checklists.

STEP 5

Prior to implementation, we will conclude the RMQMP™ Model Workshop Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). After signing, we may also conduct preliminary briefings or deliver training materials in advance.

STEP 6

The workshop provides a systematic learning experience on the RMQMP™ Model’s structure, application methods, and exercises. Through lectures, hands-on sessions, and Q&A, participants will deepen their understanding and develop the capability to apply the model effectively within their own organizations.
