RMQMP Institute is preparing for the formation of a Japanese limited liability company (Godo Kaisha) in 2027, contingent upon the completion of trademark registration. Upon incorporation, the new entity is intended to assume all consulting, publishing, and lecture activities currently conducted under BCP & BCM Consulting, while all RMQMP-related trademark and intellectual property rights will remain vested in Koji Fukuoka, the developer of the RMQMP framework, and be licensed to the company.
