On April 30, 2026, a 90-minute lecture was delivered to undergraduate students. The subtitle of the lecture was: “Why Do Accidents Occur? Why Are They Repeated?” Part 1 explained the mechanisms of accident occurrence and the theories of accident prevention. Part 2 introduced actual accident cases related to sea and mountain activities, together with measures for accident prevention.
