Developed “Tsunami Response Guidelines for Researchers” and provided to the Japanese Coral Reef Society.

Recently, there has been concern about the occurrence of the Nankai Trough earthquake, and tsunami response due to this earthquake is an urgent issue for marine researchers at universities and other institutions who conduct diving and offshore research activities.This guideline provides tsunami response information for each location of researchers, including coastal areas, offshore areas near ports (including while diving), and offshore areas away from ports (including while diving), along with diagrams and reference information.
